→ It is a shared account, each customer is assigned one separate User to use.
2. Can I watch in 4K?
→ Yes. The account is on the Ultra HD package, supports 4K if the device and connection are suitable. On phones, the maximum resolution is 1080p.
3. Can I log in on multiple devices?
→ You can log in on multiple devices, but only one device can watch at a time.
4. I can't find some movies?
→ Some content is region-restricted. To watch them you need to use tools to change your IP region (the shop does not support this).
5. Can I manually adjust the streaming resolution?
→ No. The system automatically adjusts quality according to network speed.
6. Which browsers support 4K?
→ Microsoft Edge or Safari (macOS 11.0 or later).
7. What if the account has issues during use?
→ Contact customer service for quick support during support hours (8:30 – 23:00).
8. Can I change the account language?
→ Yes. Users are allowed to change the language freely.
9. Can subtitle size/color be adjusted?
→ Yes, you can customize them according to personal preference.
10. Why do some movies not have Vietnamese subtitles?
→ Subtitles depend on each title; not all movies have Vietnamese versions.
11. Can Netflix Games be played?
→ No. The Netflix Game feature is currently not supported in Vietnam.
12. Can I download movies for offline viewing?
→ Yes, on devices supported by Netflix.
13. What to do when device overload is reported?
→ As this is a shared account, overloads may occur occasionally. Contact customer service for timely support.
14. Can I renew the old account?
→ Renewal is not supported. When it expires, you need to purchase a new account.
15. Can I use it while abroad?
→ No. Accounts are only guaranteed to work in Vietnam.
16. Login asks for a code sent to email?
→ Choose “Get help” → log in using the provided User password.
