Warranty policy

Warranty period: 1 month from the date of successful upgrade.

Issue handling: If the package encounters an error during the warranty period, it will be re-upgraded equivalently. If it cannot be remedied, refunds will be issued proportionally: under 7 days refund 100%; after 7 days refund based on unused time (for example: if used 15 days then refund 50% of the order value).
