Each order corresponds to 01 separate User, used independently within the same main account.
Order receiving process
After successful payment, the system will automatically provide login information.
Information includes: login email, account password, User number and User password.

Usage notes
You can log in on multiple devices, but can only watch on 1 device at the same time.
Simultaneous viewing on multiple devices is not supported.
Usage on projectors is not supported.
Only guaranteed to work in Vietnam, not supported for use in other countries.

Interfere with payment information or the subscription plan.
Share the account, use multiple devices at the same time.
Log in and use outside the territory of Vietnam.

1. Is this a personal account or a shared account?
→ It's a shared account, each customer is provided with 01 separate User to use.
2. Can I watch in 4K?
→ Yes. The account is on the Ultra HD plan, supporting 4K if the device and connection are suitable. On phones, the maximum resolution is 1080p.
3. Can I log in on multiple devices?
→ You can log in on multiple devices, but only watch on 1 device at a time.
4. I can't find some movies?
→ Some content is region-restricted. To view it you need to use a tool to change your IP region (the shop does not support this issue).
5. Can I manually adjust the resolution when watching?
→ No. The system automatically adjusts quality according to network speed.
6. Which browsers can play 4K?
→ Microsoft Edge or Safari (macOS 11.0 or later).
7. What if the account has errors during use?
→ Contact Customer Support (CSKH) to be assisted quickly during support hours (8:30 – 23:00).
8. Can the account language be changed?
→ Yes. Users are allowed to change the language freely.
9. Can subtitle size/color be adjusted?
→ Can be customized according to personal preference.
10. Why do some movies not have Vietnamese subtitles?
→ Subtitles depend on the content; not every movie has a Vietnamese version.
11. Can Netflix Games be played?
→ No. The Netflix Game feature is currently no longer supported in Vietnam.
12. Can movies be downloaded for offline viewing?
→ Yes, on devices supported by Netflix.
13. What to do if device overload is reported?
→ Because this is a shared account, it can sometimes be overloaded. Please contact Customer Support (CSKH) for timely assistance.
14. Can the old account be renewed?
→ Renewal is not supported. Once expired, you need to buy a new account.
15. Can I use it while abroad?
→ No. The account is only guaranteed to work in Vietnam.
16. Login is requesting a code sent to email?
→ Choose “Get help” → log in using the provided User password.
