Warranty Policy

Warranty period: 1 month from the order date.

Issue handling: If the account encounters an error during the warranty period, the product will be replaced with an equivalent one. If there is no stock to replace, a refund will be issued proportional to the unused time: under 30 days refund 100%, after 30 days refund according to the actual proportion (for example: if used for 3 months, refund 75% of the order value).

Cases NOT covered by warranty: Changing account information (email, password) without authorization; loss of design data on the account (please back up regularly); issues caused by user mistakes that affect the plan status.

   This is a pre-created Figma account. After purchase, you will receive the Email and Password to log in and use immediately, no prior account required.

2. Does Dev Mode work with this account?
   Yes. Dev Mode is fully supported on accounts with a subscription plan, including this Edu account.

3. Can I see the plan expiration date?
   No. The Edu plan does not display the expiration date in the account. The 1-year period is counted from the successful order date.
