Figma Edu 1 Year is a service that upgrades your personal Figma account to the Education plan, with all features equivalent to Figma Pro for 12 months. After placing the order, the provider will log into your account and perform the upgrade directly. Order fulfillment process

• This is a service to upgrade your Figma account to the Education plan, valid for 1 year from the order date.

• You must have an existing Figma account and provide the Email and Password in the order chat to perform the upgrade.

• Processing time: Within 1 hour

• Delivery method: After the upgrade is complete, you will receive a notification via the order. Log in to your account again to use it immediately.

• The upgraded account is for a single user only; adding members to the Team is not supported.

Warranty policy

Warranty period: 1 month from the order date.

Issue handling: If the account encounters errors during the warranty period, the product will be replaced with an equivalent one. If there is no stock to replace, a refund will be issued proportionally for the unused time: under 30 days refund 100%, after 30 days refund according to the actual proportion (for example: if used for 3 months, refund 75% of the order value).

Cases NOT covered by warranty: Adding a personal payment card to the account without permission; changing login information after the upgrade; loss of design data on the account (please back up periodically); issues caused by user mistakes that affect the plan status.

1. Do I need to have a Figma account beforehand?
   Yes. This is a service that upgrades your existing account, not a new account. You need to create a Figma account before ordering.

2. Can an account with an active paid plan be upgraded?
   No. You need to cancel the current plan or wait until it expires before ordering this upgrade service.

3. Can I see the plan expiry date?
   No. The Edu plan does not display an expiry date in the account. The 1-year period is counted from the successful order date.

4. After upgrading, will my Team automatically be on Edu?
   Not automatic. After the account is verified as Edu, choose the Free icon next to the Team name and then select upgrade to the Edu plan.

5. Can I add other members to the Team to share the plan?
   No. This plan is for one user only and does not support adding team members.

6. Is Dev Mode available with this plan?
   Yes. Dev Mode is fully supported on accounts with a subscription, including Edu.

7. Can Figma Edu be used for commercial projects?
   No. Figma Edu is only for educational, teaching and non-commercial research purposes.

8. If AI Credits run out, will it automatically add a card to buy more?
   No. Please do not add a personal payment card to the account while using the plan to avoid affecting the upgrade status.
